The company concluded a partnership agreement with Net PC, the purpose of which was to implement a project consisting of supporting HR processes. For the company, managing people in operational teams in a transparent and trust-based manner is one of the organizational foundations. Our task was to create a platform that would enable communication with new people in the team in an effective, efficient, and consistent way with its organizational values.

For the company, managing people in operational teams in a transparent and trust-based manner is one of the organizational foundations. Our task was to create a platform that would enable communication with new people in the team in an effective, efficient, and consistent way with its organizational values.

 

Our tasks in the project:

  1. Creating an efficient platform focused on the introduction of new employees by sending an average of 100 personalized messages per day
  2. Implementation of business rules for handling various messages for employees of all levels of the organization, taking into account regions, and handling notifications in several languages

Conclusion

The company's management team was very pleased with the achievement of the business goals, our work and the effects of the system. The system was a huge success for the management team as it helped the company focus on key operations related to food delivery and management of international catering facilities. For the Net PC team, this implementation was very important because it showed that thanks to effective business analysis, we are able to provide an innovative system supporting the HR team for the implementation of new employees based on rapidly changing operational data. The project was implemented in a flash, the client quickly began to benefit from the solution, which he liked very much.
